We Ship to most countries in the world with trusted shipping partners like FedEx, DHL UPS, accordingly. It would be the customer’s own responsibility to clear their gemstones with the custom, local taxes, and import duties. All the Gems can be purchased on Drillstone Gems website from any part of the world. All purchases must be followed by a valid shipping address. If any buyers provide us the wrong shipping address, Drillstone Gems will not be held responsible for the missing Items due to wrong address. All purchase with credit card must be shipped to the address on the credit card.
Shipping Time:
All gemstone(s) ordered on our website are available in stock. We will ship within 1-2 business days. However, if large quantity is ordered, then it will take up to 3 business days to process and ship. Should you have any questions, contact us on our toll-free number 1 800 736 1744 from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Once we ship your gemstone s, a verification email will be sent to you along with shipping and tracking number.
You can track your shipment via the shipping company website provided in your email. For example, If we will ship your order through FedEx or DHL, then you can check the status of your ordered shipment details on FedEx or DHL website.
