We are working hard to serve you better and customer satisfaction is number one priority. We offer fourteen (14) days return policy on all gemstone purchases. Gemstone MUST return it in its original undamaged, unaltered condition for a 100% refund or a credit. You MUST contact us to request for a return, if approved an authorization return number will be emailed to you. We CANNOT accept unauthorized returns under any circumstances. Contact us by email (chigo@drillstonegems.com) for a return authorization number and return instructions.
A prepaid USPS, DHL or UPS/FedEx shipping label that includes insurance coverage will be emailed to you ONLY Domestic USA Shipping Only. For international shipping, you MUST arrange your shipping.
DrillstoneGems is not responsibility for any return shipments. It is your responsibility to properly package your return shipment per instructions that we send you. After the returned gemstone(s) is received, it will be inspected. If no damage or abuse of any kind has occurred, you will receive a refund within 3 business days.
